Ciudad Quesada

If you are searching for property for sale in Ciudad Quesada it’s likely that you are a golf enthusiast, tempted by the top class facilities of La Marquesa Golf Club around which Ciudad Quesada is built. This 18 hole course, completed in 1989, is immensely popular and – if you ever fancy a change of scene – there are several other championship golf courses within easy reach, including La Finca, Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas.

This is a short video about Ciudad Quesada produced by Spain-holiday.com. Watch the video and be inspired to visit Ciudad Quesada.

Established in the 1960s, this private residential complex has recently become a town in its own right – since getting its own Town Hall. Located on a South facing hillside, Quesada boasts stunning views over the Torrevieja salt lakes – one of which is the most important working salt lake in Europe, the other is a designated nature reserve where you can see an abundance of wildlife. Just beyond that, you will catch tantalising glimpses of the Mediterranean.

The facilities at Ciudad Quesada are second-to-none, with a vast array of shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants and every amenity you might need including banks, dentists, chemists, hairdressers, and a medical centre. There is a lively social club, bowling, sporting facilities, and an Olympic sized swimming pool with water slides, and lovely surrounding landscaped gardens. Ciudad Quesada is largely inhabited by foreigners – mostly British and German, and has established itself as a community, with around half of its residents living there all year round.

‘Real’ Spain is on your doorstep – with the wonderful towns and villages of the Costa Blanca waiting to be explored: Rojales, Torrevieja, Alicante, Murcia, Cartagena and many others are all within easy reach. If Ciudad Quesada’s way of life appeals to you we have many superb properties for sale here including bungalows, villas and apartments at prices to suit all budgets.
